Great cuts & great service! Have been coming here for a while now and Liz is my go-to! Always welcomed in, and offered a drink before my appointment. Liz is always hospitable, and great to talk to during the process. She always checks in during the cut to make sure it’s what you’re looking for. The shampoo, wash, and style is clutch! (And sometimes a miss at other barbershops) - always leaving clean and refreshed. **plan accordingly for parking to arrive on time, as Santana row can get pretty busy.

After bouncing from shop to shop, finding Elizabeth has been a game-changer. So much so that I moved 35 miles away and still make the drive down to Santana Row.
